Down to just about 50 days now! Looking forward to this second trip to Curacao even more then the first.

We are wondering what restrictions there are on food items we can bring with us. We are getting in on the flight that gets there at about nine pm, and as I recall from last time there, the stores are closed by then. We aren't looking to bring in a truck load of food with us, but something to eat when we get there and maybe the next morning; stuff that doesn't need refrigeration. Probably a dry salami, some peanuts and pretzels, a bag of bagels, a bottle of brandy.

Maybe we can bribe Andreas to have a few cold beers in the refrigerator when we get there!

As always, your input is greatly appreciated.

I don't recall any customs when entering Curacao and my bet is it's the same as Bonaire, you can bring pretty much anything....food wise. :)

Hi Bruce,

At All West we can provide you with a food package for the first day (basics like bread, salami, cheese, milk, some eggs, tea or coffee, juice). The price is 35 US$. Alcoholic beverages we can add at cost price, if you like :) This way you don't need to bring anything with you.

See you in 50 days
Andreas
