Hi SB!

I'm heading to Borneo with my partner who does not dive. I'll likely get a few (3+) days prior to her arriving in KK to get whatever diving I can in and maybe a sneaky day somewhere else on the trip.

From KK, whats the best, most accessible diving? Layang Layang looks too far, Sipadan obviously across the island. Other option might be to not fly into KK? Any suggestions?

I'm more into big Pelagic's than macro.

Thanks, LP

I would honestly give Layang2 a go..but it's seasonal ain't it?

Sipadan isn't the safest of places to be going at this moment in time. My honest opinion is if you do want to dive at sipadan and mabul, do day dives out of semporna for the time being.

Just my 20 cents.........
