Hello all!

My husband and I with our 10 and 13 year old will be going to breezes this Aug. I booked us an oceanfront room. Can anyone recommend what area / building to request? The kids will be in the camp but they are also jr certified so I would want to take them along for some add'l dives outside of the resort - any recommendations would be great! Also, any topside activities??

This past April was our 6th trip to Breeze's CUR. My wife and I usually go in August, but opted for the Philippines this August. August is a good time to go to Curacao since it is a normally slow time for them. We like the Flamingo Wing, Pelican Wing, or Plover Bldg. (in that order). Flamingo being furthest from the noise and hubbub. Search posts under jeepguy and you'll find most of your questions answered. Check out one of the off track island tours like the jeep tour, dune buggy tour or Eric's ATV tour. You'll see some of the island not normally seen. Definatly check out The Dive Bus - HOME . Suzy can give you any info needed. Feel free to PM in I can help with more info.
You'll have a great trip:cool2:

How was the trip? We're looking for info on the kids' program at Breezes for our 4-year old and some other children in our group.

haven't used the kids club (mine are grown) but talking to other guest, everyone seemed to say good things. The kids club area is a nice looking place with outside play area and inside play area seems well supervised and the kids seem to be having fun. Just made reservations for our 7th stay at Breezes CUR for next August. Not 5 star but rooms are clean (a little dated), enough variety foodwise to please most, just keep in mind that "island time definetly applys. Remember you are on holiday and have some patience and all will be fine. It's always worked well for us or we wouldn't have gone back. If you guys are diving, check out www.the-dive-bus.com . Suzy can answer most questions you might have about the island. have fun planning:cool2:
