I'm looking for some very basic info on the proper technique to practice CO2/O2 tables. For example, on the rest cycle how should I be breathing? Just normal? Or big inhales, and big exhales? On the hold cycle, should I take a giant inhale first? Is it OK to slowly exhale during the hold cycle, or is the exercise more beneficial if I hold static? Any info on proper technique to get the most out of these exercises would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Kev
