Three tank a day packages are offered and readily happen. For the past three weeks we have been running boats in the afternoon with even just 2 people on the boat. But if the entire boat is set up on an AM only package, then unless there are 6 people willing to take the afternoon dive, the boat will not go.

A good explanation, but I don't think it was what caymaniac was referring to. I think their "3 tanker" was to leave the dock with the intention of doing 3 tanks before coming back to dock.

Years ago (many years ago!) over at Divi, they ran these and it would be arranged the night before, and the kitchen would make box lunches for those going. These were done for runs to LC and it would be 2 tanks at Bloody Bay, run over to South Hole Sound for lunch at Owen Island, then have a 3rd dive on LC before coming back to the Brac ... IIRC, we'd usually get back to dock at around 4:30pm or so.

FWIW, I can see the merit of trying to do a similar deal on a bluff run: do a wall up East (Rock Monster, etc), then come around the point and hit a reef (Bert Brothers Boulders), then after ~40 minutes coming back down the north side, hit another reef (356, End of Island, Tarpon, etc) before coming back in.

The one night dive a week thing might have been due to bad weather or not enough interests. The night dives are offered Tuesday and Thursday and will go weather permitting and 10 people signed up.

Ten? IIRC, tanks are available again for shore diving, right?

Other than that things are great here on the Brac... water is warm and hitting about 84 consistently...

Geeze, that's hotter than usual. Any hint yet as to the depth where the cooler water is hiding?

Other than that we are getting to dive the south side a bit more... winds are starting to come in from the North and the south is laying flat.

The seasonal flop, just as old Lloyd always predicted.
