I'm a Fish!
So I got the Dive Rite TransPlate, and I just realized that I don't see a place to mount a knife or cutting tool. I was using a Wenoka squeeze-lock knife on my old BC, which had its own mounts. Whats a good solution on this TransPlate?

Can you slide a webbing sheath/knife pocket on to the waist webbing?

That is where my small Halcyon knife goes and the long hose loops under it.
I can't imagine having to tuck the long hose and having it stay. Many do it that way, but my knife serves a good function as a "keeper" of my hose.

On my BP/W, I mount a Z knife on the waist belt. I also have a sheath for some shears mounted on the left shoulder strap. My regular knife I wear on the inside of my calf.

I figure this way I should be able to reach something with at least one hand.

Coolness. I guess I'm not used to having so many options! :D

I carry snips on my BP/W waist belt, and a knife on my leg.

I have my knife zip tied to my left shoulder upside down..Can get to it easily with either hand and always there when I need it :)

I place my on the waist strap to the left of the crotch strap. Allows me to reach the knife with either left or right hand.
