Hey pachku,
Are you hoping/planning on running an exploratory dive trip there anytime soon? Please keep me posted with details. I have been slowly trying to figure out how I might be able to run some sort of exploratory trip out to the Shortlands. I am also interested in Bougainville, but I just assumed that this was going to be even more difficult so I never really considered the possibility.
