Just returned from Cozumel, where I spent time with Raul Plata of Bottom Time Divers - Raul used to be with Blue Bubble years ago and is one of the best divemasters on the island, if you actually like to SEE creatures when you're diving and not just have someone lead you on a drift dive and point out the obvious.
The second dive he found pipehorses at Palancar Caves (not pipefish, pipeHORSES) and many other little creatures that most divemasters would have never found. I highly recommend him and his operation - great boat and nice amenities. Website is bottomtimedivers.net.
I'm new to Scubaboard, and have been to Cozumel at least a dozen times over the past several years. I'm an OW instructor with over 650 dives all over the world, so I think that my recommendation is valid!
