Wow - we have quite a bit of experience on this board with St. Lucia! Thanks all for posting so much intel.

We're honeymooning at the end of April at Sandals Regency. I'm a diver, and my fiance is still a snorkeler. I plan on 1 day of diving by myself and then as many snorkleing trips as we can do together, so....

1) Anybody experienced enough to have a MUST DIVE list for my one day (2-tank) dive?

2) Snorkeling - Who snorkled and what did you learn about snorkeling St. Lucia?

I was very impressed and would recommend Dive Fair Helen for your dive operator. They will also take you out as snorkelers, and provide lunch.

As for my favorite dive there, it was a drift dive called Super Man's Flight

Mike,
Assuming you will be diving with Sandals, They require most people to do a 1 tank check out dive prior to being allowed to sign up on the 2 tank dive.
The locations they do the 1 tank dives and the snorkling are not the best. The better sites are far enough south that they dont go that far for a 1 tank or snorkling.
Keep inmind she can do a resort course and the 2 of you can dive.

Two sites that come to mind in St Lucia are Superman's Cape and the wreck the Lesleene. I don't have my log here at the office but that is what I remember. The roads are bad bad. Don't waste time renting a car. Happy ever aftering :)

Looks like its a go for the dive, however if the weather permits it will be on the Atlantic side and my buddy doe's not want to have anyone on board thats not an experienced diver. I will try to call you again to day (Sat)
