The earliest hydro stamp you can find on the neck of the tank.

All after the first hydro - stamps should have a stamp with month, hydro tester stamp, year. The first (original) hydro stamp will have the tank mfg instead of the hydro tester (norris has an N in a diamond, many PST have a L inside a C, luxfer has an A type symbol, etc.). If they are not HP tanks they "should" come with a + on the original mfg hydro (it may be the only + due to lack of hydro knowledge).
