Anyone know if there's shore diving locations that are worthwhile nearby or dive shop/charters around up there. I have family downeast as well as a place up on Sebec Lake, but never thought to bring my gear along on my annual trips.

Dunno why I wouldn't have thought of it, aside from the major difference between the temps/vis between Florida and Maine.

Any helpful information would be appreciated

Hey,
i don't think there are any dive shops in the area. my family has a summer house on the other side of the river in south bristol.
we have not found any places that do air fills in the area. if anyone knows of one it would be great.

is in Waterville, which is on the way (1/2 way or so) from Boothbay Harbor up to Dover Foxcroft, near where our place is there. I've got family in Boothbay Harbor, and a cabin (very rustic) at Sebec. That river is not really deep enough to dive, although I might want to try it in a couple of places.
