I know our season on the Southern Mid Atlantic coast is unique, but I am seeing a big uptick in bookings coming in. I went from "Man, this is going to be a slow season" to being almost booked up on weekends starting in Mid March all the way to 4th of July. Is it something I have been doing? Maybe it is this terrible winter that has people looking forward to getting out and diving when it warms up. I can't see how it could be the economy getting better.

Whatever it is, I am not complaining.

Whatever you're doing, keep it up. My tech charters look like crap, sport not too much better. This week is traditionally the week (in the travel industry) that folks make plans for summer vacation.

It seems to be a good mix of veteran customers and totally new inquiries. I have been doing a lot of guerilla marketing (read free internet networking). What else am I going to do when it is 38 and rainy outside?
