Hi im new to diving and to scuba board thought i would join and learn from the people thats been diving for quit a while
 
I went slidell 4 days after katriana it was not a very pretty sight. how are you people doing down there? i wish that we were able to do more for you than we did. i was in ward 9. we camped at the staints training site. are things any better?

Things are looking normal again. Thanks for your help. I think and look back and sometimes can't even look at photographs. I guess it is a "you had to be there", you were and thanks so much. Mark Slidell PD

I have family in Lafayette. My Dad grew up in Abbeville. I love that area (well, except for the humidity) :)
