Stayed at the Sand Dollar. We stayed in C-3 and the pride of ownership from the person who owned it was apparent. If you are staying here I would highly recommend you asking for that apartment.

Had dinner at "It rains fishes" and after all the great feedback we were slightly disappointed. My wife and myself both had the Wahoo and for both of us it was pretty dry. The service here was excellent.
We also ate at Casablancas and both the food and the service were excellent. I highly recommend.
Saved the best for last. The food at Capriccio was beyond excellent. We had to make a reservation here so if you are going to Bonaire make a reservation and don't miss this place.

Dying to try "the new" Cappriccio's when we get down there in Feb! Seems like the gastronomic enticements from restaurants to grocery shopping at the new Van Tweel market have been elevated on the island. Two months & counting..:D
