Ok all you Bonaire veterans, I was reading the thread linked below and now I'm starting to get worried.
http://www.scubaboard.com/t92430-flying-bonaireexel-or-divi-divi.html
Because of things too long to go into right now I'm forced to fly into Aruba and then connect over to Bonaire. If BE airlines goes tango uniform as the poster indicated was possible, does anyone have any suggestions on alternative methods of connecting from Aruba to Bonaire?
Also, if anyone is familiar with this connection can you tell me what to expect in the way of departure taxes and customs. For example, will I get hit with a departure tax when I leave Aruba for Bonaire, Bonaire for Aruba, and then again when leaving Aruba for the U.S.? Or just once when I leave the Netherlands Antilles for the U.S.?
