The Breathe Bonaire webcam has the temperature at the top of the frame. It says 77°F right now, so apparently it's accurate enough for diving, and it's rather fresh data, too. ;)
 
Keeping with this theme, what's water temp like in May? Wetsuit guidance?

Water temp will be between 79 and 81. Wetsuit choice depends on number of dives a day, length of dives and personal thermometer. I visit all year long and always wear a full 3mil and a beanie. In Dec and Feb I add a .5 shirt underneath. In April, July and August I use a rash guard underneath. Towards the end of a longer visit when I have done lots of dives I find that I get chilled. My husband uses his 3mil all year long with no changes. Some folks wear shorties but I prefer a full as added protection because of the rocky entries. Don't forget that you will want hard soled booties as well.
