My favorite so far is Oil Slick Leap. Just put a glow stick on the stairs to find your way back. We are in Bonaire right now for two weeks.
I think Karpara would be good but don't feel like driving through Rincon to get back late at night . Bari Reef is easy and you'll be tormented by tarpons. We had 8 tarpons, one as big as me, follow us last night the whole dive. Also, found four eels.
The eel numbers are way down since three years ago but still have seen quite a few. Just love those spotted eels that look like snakes.

The Salt Pier is the best and I also like Buddy's Reef
The others would be Jeff Davis, Lakes, and maybe Tolo (Old Blue).
