My suggestion would be Den Laman and Bonaire Dive & Adventure (see this thread for a great description: http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread.php?t=141339) But we haven't stayed or gone diving anywhere else on Bonaire, so I can't say that the 2 businesses mentioned above are superior to others.
Bari Reef (BD&A's house reef) is rated #1 in the entire Caribbean for fish diversity. We liked Karpata a lot (although a shore entry looked tricky - we did it by boat). A night dive of the Town Pier is not to be missed. Oil Slick Leap and Buddy Reef were both good. We heard that Something Special and the Andreas are great (they're on our list for next time)
