Just thought of another fun thing to do, esp if someone is scared of lizzards. :) Go to the indian inscriptions on the windwards side of the island and bring some food-fruit is good. Toss some on the ground and watch the ground start to move, blue tail lizzards will appear from nowhere and soon you will be surrounded by hundreds of them. They are harmless but be warned they will climb on you if given the chance...great close up photo ops. Watching a full grown man screem like a little girl...priceless...even better with photos.
That's too funny! I'm going to have to see that for myself on our next trip.

The caps that I mean are the ones that you pull out and water flows, push it in and water stops. These on a two liter bottle make for a great way to wash face and cameras on exit from a shore dive.

The news on coffee is music to my ears, although we luckily get to avoid Air Jamaica. Coming thru from Houston so hopefully it will be uneventful. Sense of humor is always packed and we both enjoy "island time" so a slow pace will be just right.

"Bring a variety of snap caps like you find on bottled water" do the bottles there not have lids that are reattachable?

Our collapsable cooler has been on many vacations...............has not failed us yet. Will be sure to visit the iguanas and look forward to flyfishing while gassing off. Four days, work will be tough this week. So only scubadoobadoo and his lovely better half on the island during our visit?

Ok scubadoobadoo and gillyweedgirl, will post during the week and we can figure out what's what for the weekend.......................At this time tomorrow we should be sitting in Houston waiting on our connection to Bonaire................just too cool.

Have a great time you two! See ya in a week!!!:D

The lady at "Chat and Browse" is great! If you need to use the internet, or make a call back home I highly recommend stopping there. Also driving on Bonaire is a blast. I think the only stop light on the island is sitting on the porch at the pizza place, and the street signs will have you looking at the local map for the symbol decoder.

I love the stop light at Pasa Bon Pizza! It is even embroidered on the their t-shirts so I get to see it here at home. Only thing better than their stop light is their yummy pizza. I have to go often because I can never decide between the fish pizza and the homemade sausage -- and I don't eat sausage here at home!!!
