Only 10 weeks but who's counting. :) Guess Banjo is on island having fun by now.
I'm sure you're right. Banjo is probably loving every minute of being on Bonaire. I hope he writes a trip report when he gets back.

Banjo, while you're there, take a careful, squinty-eyed look at the apparent health of the corals, and see what the DMs have to say about any recent changes, if any. I'd like to know how Bonaire is handling the stresses being experienced by reefs the world over.

Oh NO!!! I have a terrible cold and im leaving for my dive trip in 4 days!! Any suggestions?

Besides the ones mentioned, "Something Special" is a great
dive to see garden eels.
Salt pier is a nice one to see lots of old growth coral,
shrimps, and sponges. It was alot less crowded than town pier.
(Nobody else was there but our guide and 2 other divers)

I drink fresh squeezed OJ every day and take a "stress tab" vitamin
every other day or so with plenty of water.
I also take a "stress tab" on travel days.
Seems to help me.

Okay...we're back! uhm...where do I start? I'll write a trip report next couple of days. Had a very hard time getting to Bonaire due to the volcano. We left on Saturday and got there Monday. No big deal really...Dove my *** off, drank alot, ate alot and by Saturday AM I was so tired, I was sooo ready to go home.

The short: Bonaire was wonderful, would definitely go back. All the traffic lights drove me nuts though!

Food was great, the best in the Carib. by far! Hit Lovers ice cream EVERY DAY; just couldnt drive by the place without stopping in for a shake between dives; the place sure smells funky though when you first walk in.

Well...better save all the good stuff for the trip report. Very tired and salty right now. I'll put together a trip report and my observations in a few days.

Glad to be home...so I can finally SLEEP! ;)
