Ed and I purchased a house here on Bonaire for investment purposes. We have decided to sell it reasonably because we want to by the house next door to ours.
It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment attached. Each has its own electric and water meter. The 2 bedroom has been completely renovated and is ready to rent or live in. The 3 bedroom just needs interior cosmetics (mostly a good paint job and some new kitchen cabinets (or you can paint them). We just put in all new windows. Each also has it's own newer septic tanks.
It has a nice size backyard along with a cistern to catch rainwater so you can water your garden.
It would be perfect for someone who wants to come to Bonaire often, have a place to stay and have income from the other side. Each would currently rent for 1,000 NAF (or about $572.00 per month) excluding utilities.
