And how many people typically go out on the Plaza's dive boats (the dive shop's boat) at one time?
Couldn't tell ya, I did nothing but shore diving. They didn't look crowded though when I saw them going out or coming back.

We dove with Toucan Dive there all week - good people - 4 days of 2tank AM boat dives, they have a fleet of 4-5 smaller boats so we never had more than 11-12 on our boat. Most of the week it was 8 total. And we were there during DiveFest.
This is one of the nice things about Harbour Village (and I don't want to sound like I'm flogging the place--I've never stayed anywhere else on the island, so I have no basis for comparison). The associated dive operator, Great Adventures, runs three boats a day, at 9:00, 11:00, and 2:00, if I recall correctly, whether they are full or not. In fact, if they have one diver signed up, the boat will go out. And it is frequently the case that the boats go out fairly empty, since Harbour Village attracts less of a hard-core diver crowd. So for the lazy diver, it's as close to ideal as you get without a liveaboard: walk the 25 meters from your suite to your locker, move your gear another 10 meters to the boat, and relax for the 15 minute boat ride to your dive site (on your private crewed boat, if you're lucky). I opt for the unlimited tanks plus 11 boat dives package ($330). Since there are 5 of you, you might also opt to charter the small boat for $200, and do a dive/snorkel trip to Klein by yourselves. And how many people typically go out on the Plaza's dive boats (the dive shop's boat) at one time?
