Historically Wednesday to Wednesday can be a lot cheaper. I use Orbitz.com to see who's doing what; BON is the airport code for Bonaire's airport.

Thinking of July or September. Never been there in the summer. Have a non diving trip in December so looking earlier in the year than I have typically gone.
