Bonaire East Side (Lac Cai)...Bas Tol the best guide?

Heading back to Bonaire in 3 months and am looking for a good guide for a few East Side dives. Bas Tol has been very highly recommended by multiple divers as THE guide for the East Side (2,000+ guided East Side dives, super nice guy, etc.) I know Larry also does East Side diving. Anyone here have experience with East Side guides and agree that Bas is the way to go?

Any experience with the various East Side sites is appreciated. I definitely want to dive Lac Cai, but after that, am open.

Did a Lac dive with a guy named Bas 2 years ago. It was well worth the money and came with a very detailed briefing.

Also Wannadive is guiding over at Lac Cai now as well, and I have heard good things about them although I was unable to see for myself this year...
