Is there a 'best month' to visit/dive in Bonaire? We've been there in April two years in a row and it was great but I would choose just a bit better visibility and maybe just a bit warmer water temperatures. Is there a better time?

Bonaire is a year round diving location. Our favourite time is the coral spawning in September/October, Bonaire is the best place to do this as you have 24 by 7 access to the water.
