Vin:
Trying to get there Dec 28th- Jan 7th '06.... Cannt find a flight.
Whats the secret????

Any trip tips from Boston ?

Vin
Vin,

Check AA to Aruba and there you can catch Bonaire Express to BON. Other than that, you will most likely have to make at least one more stop somewhere and make connections. AJ will have stopped sevice by then, as I am told. Other airlines may be an option, however there will not be a direct flight to BON. Look at connections through Curacao and San Juan(US Airways/AE).

El Orans:
Must dive: Karpata, Hilma Hooker, Oil Slick Leap, Red Slave...

Depending on conditions, Willemstorm lighthouse at the south end of the island is a great dive. Huge midnight parrotfish...

The night dive at the town pier is crowded, but is fun. We got an 86 minute dive on that one!

Jet et al,

Expect an announcement the second week in July, non stop service via Ft. Lauderdale for high season.

Make sure you do Red Slave, I think its the best. Also ask to do Twin Lakes, its a double reef seperated by a large sand channel. You'll swim across both reefs, follow the second reef to the Hilma Hooker, cross back over to the first reef and return to the boat.

Hi Liz, if you meet us at the airport you best come with an Amstel:)

I've had PBD for a year and a half, and diving in Australia, Thailand, Aruba, and MX has not lessened my affliction. I distinctly recall that mosquitoes were a problem in the evenings, and there wasn't one bottle of repellant available on the island. I recommend packing one.

I did 20 dives in 5 days and didn't have anything approaching an average dive. I thought the southern dive sites (Red Slave to Margate) were slightly better than the northern sites, although all were great. Start planning your return visit now.
