SCUBARACER:
Ok, I figure not many people in here like fried bologna, but most should try this, cause it tastes great!

Get some Oscar Meyer BEEF Bologna.
Some Store bought FLOUR tortillas

I have not ate Bologna like that since I was a child.

fried bologna and eggs... I know, sounds bad, but its one of those things you have to approach with an open mind.

I was going to say. Fried bologna and scrambled eggs has been a favorite of mine for years.

Someone mentioned that bologna is nothing but hot dogs. Well this is a good way to get rid of the left over wieners from yesterday's BBQ. In the eggs they go.

I will admit. If your wetsuit is a little too tight--don't eat this.

:11ztongue Fried bologna is very good in many different ways, but to truly experience bologna, one must try it smoked (as in barbequed)...mmmmmmm good!

For those of you in the netherworlds other than the South, where any long weekend calls for a Bar-B-Que, this is a really easy and tasty treat that we prepare almost religiously with any function calling for the usual BBQ fare (Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork and Smoked Sausage). :eyebrow:

To prepare; place a large piece of whole bologna (minus the skin or wrapping) in the smoker and baste heavily with you favorite BBQ sauce. Smoke at a low temperature 225'ish for about 2 to 3 hours (or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F or greater) rotating and rebasting occasionally. Slice it into small steak like portions 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick and serve...best condiment is a frosty cold adult beverage :dazzler1: , enjoy!
