Boat motors through Dive site

Dive boats. I've had boats troll fishing lures through my 15 safety stop in West Palm Beach while surrounded by three dive boats. Now there was a brilliant fisherman! Double spinning props and wire braided lines with lures having multiple BIG hooks. We had to dive below them to clear the lures.

Was this reported by to dive boats or did they just shrug it off and do nothing.
After seeing waht happened in our lake I'm not just a diver I'M A HELL RAISER every one at the lake that day and every time since was heard about the A** Hole and I report any thing that violates our dive and swim areas I also take notes in my dive log for an accucate record so if nothing is done I can start raising Hell the other authorities.
