Anybody know someone who makes fiberglass boats here in Manila? Also if someone is connected with a shop that sells outboard motors

Boat makers are mostly in Navotas (near Aimees' place) and Malabon. You can look for outboart motors in Quiapo (maybe) at the back of Isetann Recto or look around the Chinatown area near Divisoria.

I was just checking about fiber glass boats myself.
Scuba world is selling 2 Types of fiberglass boats and are available in these colors: Yellow, white, blue and Red. The sizes are
26'x 5' (feet)
31'x 6' (feet)
On the outboards, you can probably try Al's Marine. Their store is near Aqua one in makati.
