I have been diving with them a couple of weeks ago and they seemed very well organised whem emailing. But once I got there and was ready to dive with them I got the impression that things were not as organised as it seems.

The company is not as professional as the diveshops on the mainroad. E.g. there is no visible shop, I went to look for it, but is was a small room with no sign whatsoever. Nobody was at the shop and it appears to be closed most of the time. So if you want to contact somebody, you will have to walk around and ask somebody.
Once I got of my cruiseship I checked with people on the pier if they knew about Blue Ocean Safari and nobody knew off their existence ! Eventually I found them.

About the dive itself.. It was a good dive, but for a more professional approach, it is better to go for the bigger companies in Mahahual.

There is no emergency oxygen on the boat which is a very important thing. I know this because I have been diving with several dive operations throughout the world. I asked the captain for a radio and he told me there was no radio on the boat. It seems that they are missing out on the most essential items within their diveoperation.
During the briefing the DM did not tell anything about safetyprocedures.
Also the startingpressure of the tanks from the other divers were around 1900 psi and not the promised and logical 3000 psi. This shortened the dive and could have been prevented.

If I were you, I would think twice about diving with them.
