Hey,

Quick question...

Are there any specific rules or regulations about doing solo dives at the blue heron bridge? Will the lifeguards / cops there say anything to you if you solo dive there?

Nope. I always dive solo there when I am not guiding.

You need a flag; there are days the cops like to write tickets for that.

The only thing the lifeguards say is to please do not submerge with scuba in the lifeguarded area.
I swim on my back until I get past the guarded area buoys, then dive.

yup sticklers for the flag & stay out of the lifeguarded area -- otherwise nobody cares unless you go into the boat channel -- WATCH THE TIDE TIMES
