Blenny

Earlier on that same dive, I ran across this little guy. The face made me wonder about Sailfin Blenny (which I've yet to find), but I'm told he was too big for that and woulda had to have been poking out from a hole. He was probably at least two inches long and over on the north side of the east span of the Blue Heron Bridge on March 11.

that's definitely a sailfin blenny. i've found them outside their holes, and they easily get that size
