Big Sizes on Drysuit Undergarments

I'm looking for suitable non-custom drysuit undergarments. I'm an ex football player and I'm a pretty big guy and stock base layers simply don't fit. I love the irony of companies offering custom-made drysuits but not really promoting or making affordable custom-made under layers. But that's another issue.

Any other big guys out there face and resolve this issue? I'm looking for light- to mid-weight layering as I stay warm in even cold water. I'm looking at everything from Under Armour to Cabelas, REI, Bass Pro, to even Polartec. Just can't find anything long enough or over 3/4XL. I'm really trying to avoid the custom-made route.

Check out the "cheap ebay undergarment" thread. I've read that Rondel will custom make a garment. He is getting great press. I like the garment I have from him, though I haven't dove it. HTH

OS Systems also used to custom make undergarments. Normally they did it when you ordered your suit but they may do it for just the undies.

I'm very new, but given other comments I read on this board I checked out Ron's ebay selection. I will give him a big thumbs up so far - I asked him a question about sizing, he got RIGHT back to me, asking follow-up questions and offering other suggestions for items he has that aren't listed. His prices seem incredible compared to everything else I've been looking at recently.

I just ordered my Bare Nex Gen yesterday - can't wait to get all my equipment pulled together so I can go on that first dry dive!!!!!
