Big sharks

I am flying to SA in March (1st-14th) to do a bunch of concerts. There is a medium to high possibility that I'll have a day off in PE and/or Cape Town. I'll be in Durban also, but we fly in around 2 PM and fly out 10-noon two days later, thus can't dive with flying restrictions. I was hoping to do some free diving with sharks, hopefully some big bulls :51:. Could you suggest any divemasters that offer such excursions? I'm also hoping to find a place that is pretty cheap seeing how I'm still paying my way through college.

This might be the only time I will ever get to dive SA, since I'm going on someone else's dime.

Any help would be WUNDERBAR!!!

But in march is low season for whitesharks in gansbaai, you will more likely see them in the months june-september

Open water diving with whitesharks isn't real an option. You will most likely use a cage.

It's not a typo... that is the actual text. As far as how accurate it is, all I know is that it is in every Schubert book of Lieder that I know. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it's the difference between early 19th c. German and 20-21st c. German.

I'm not fluent, though.

PS what concerts are you doing?

I'm singing in a semi-staged/ concertized version of Porgy and Bess. I'm not doing anything big in the production, I just finished singing the Rev. Olin Blitch from Carlisle Floyd's "Susannah" and am doing Simone from "Gianni Schicchi" in April.

We're singing in PE, Durban, JoBurg, and CapeTown. I'll give you dates if you want them...
