Big problem with vt3---help

Authorized Oceanic dealer changed battery in my VT3. Currently in Sharm el Sheikh and on first dive at 5ft puter went nuts with light flashing and beeps indicating TOO LONG AND TOO DEEP! This message continued the entire dive and every dive since!! Plus it will not go into 3 min safety stop mode. Any ideas!!!!!!

Ps. sent email to Oceanic and no reply.

Mine did that, it was leaking.
