better tank rack

I have a 21, center console. I have gone threw two Pelican 3 tank holders in the last 10 years. It seems that at about 5 years the black coating wears off and the metal underneath starts to bleed rust all over my deck. This rack works great, but does anyone know of a similar rack made of a metal or material that will not rust?
