The Mrs. and I are thinking about a liveaboard in the Bahamas, and we were wondering if there is a "best time" of year. Nekton starts running in late May and run through the end of Sept.

Which is just about the same time frame as Hurricane season. Also, the water temps are on the rise as you get closer to September.

For me, when I'm diving warm water, I want it to be as warm as possible. I'd go August to mid September and get trip insurance.
