Best Telescopic GoPro Pole?

I am looking to buy a telescopic pole for my gopro Hero 2. I will use it exclusively for diving so I was wondering what are some suggestions for that type of use. I did find a lot of aluminum "waterproof" models but seems to me that waterproof is not exactly for diving...They are cheap so one can go by trial an error however I hate to accumulate diving gear junk. I have seen several types so I wanted to get your suggestions for one.

I also assume that the same pole will also work on a Hero 3 which I am close to purchasing...

I've been through a few poles, just picked an aluminum one up at povgear.com that seems pretty good quality (haven't used it in the water yet)
