in january, my wife and i will spend 2 months somewhere. where is the question. we will already have spent 2 months in fiji and a month in nz. i'd like input on the best area to explore from nz (cheapest flights) keeping in mind weather for january and feb for wherever is recommended. like to freedive mostly but both certified. no liveaboards. like jungle and tight budget as well. won't be spending all our time on the beach. sipidan to solomons will be in play. looking for ease to get there from nz. some big fish and close reefs are ideal if they still coexist. where is best area for that time of year, thanks in advance.
