I have found some pretty good deals at my LDS on used tanks at some of the LDS in my area. Fresh VIP and Hydro. Also you can find some deals on you local Craigslist for used tanks. More of a dodge there. If you want new, I can't find anyone that can beat Divegearexpress. Unlike others they come with VIP.
