I don't know about the best prices but it will be hard to beat the service you get from Ryan at Reef Photo and Video. That's where I got mine.

You can also contact Yuzo at info@naturephoto.co.jp - he's in Japan, has quick delivery and good prices. I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from him including my most recent Inon 240 strobe as he had it in stock and could deliver it the quickest...he was also considerably cheaper than other places I looked.
