CoCo get our nod. But there is NOTHING else to do there. As said above, if you are on a dive trip this is your best bet. Besides, after 5 or 6 dives a day you will be too wiped out to do anything else!
As far as customs goes and baggage; relax. You're on vacation. once you get through customs, if you are going to CoCo, your bags will be picked up by the CoCo staff (marked by the pick luggage tags they send to you) and then you wait outside until the bus is there and everyone is on board. It does not matter how fast you get through, you still wait. Relax.
