In the pool I wear my 3/2mm suit with nothing underneath. No soggy swimsuit to take home.
I second the rec for Lands End. I bought a one piece and a couple of tankinis from them and they held up very well during 2 weeks of constant diving. If you look carefully you can find the ones with the higher cut legs instead of the granny cut. Some of the tops are low cut so you can still look sexy while being practical.
Eddie Bauer also has nice 2 pieces that are pretty and fit well. I don't think I've dived with those though. I think those are the ones with the tops that need to be knotted. Uncomfortable under a wetsuit for me.
