I live on Provo and all the resorts you mention are on Grace Bay. They are all condos so everywhere should have a kitchen / kitchenette of some kind. I can also recommend the Alexandra as it's a really lovely resort but the only place to do shore diving/ snorkelling is at Coral Gardens. With regards to dive operations I can't comment as I'm biased ( I work for one) but I agree with everyone's comments. Each dive operation dives in deifferent places and it depends on the type of diving that you're looking for. Have a great trip!
