Best location for gear maintenance/repair? Sarasota

I just recently bought a used set of dive gear and want to get it checked out professionally before I use it. It appears to be in good condition, but I've never owned my own gear and don't want to start assuming when I clearly don't know. I need the following checked:

BCD
Regulator (1st and 2nd stage, octo, and pressure gauge)
Tank (needs hydro)
Sunlight C8 Dive Live (needs repair, doesn't work)

I would like your opinions on where the best location to get these items into working condition again! Thanks!

Go to your most reputable LDS. You need to establish a relationship with a local shop for many reasons, most importantly for gear maintenance. You will benefit in many ways from a solid LDS relationship.

Scuba quest on 41 and Bahia Vista is a great shop! The guys there are very knowledgeable and friendly, and will help you with anything you need.

What brand of equipment(BCD & Reg) do you have that is in need of service? For ScubaPro gear in Sarasota, Florida Underwater Sports and Ocean Pro are your best choices, For US Diver/Aqualung, ScubaQuest can handle your needs. Any of the local shops can handle tank hydros and dive light repair.
