Hi: I agree that based on the experience level you might want to do Moorea and Bora Bora. There are a couple of 4 star really incredible properties that are offering a free meal plan, (breakfast and dinner each day), that makes the trip much more affordable. I also have a friend that operates the dive facility at a couple of these properties.....really a great operator......(Blue Nui). Or another great option if you want some adventure is if you book 4 nights at a particular 4 star resort you get 4 nights free in the Marquesas islands.....very untouched dive sites. If you are thinking about splurging on the overwater bungalows you might want to consider splitting your time in overwater and garden suites, (rooms with their own plunge pools, outdoor showers, outdoor cabanas and private fences), these actually are just as good an experience and bring the pricing down considerably.
