I want to wish all of my Scubaboard buddies a pleasant holiday and a happy, healthy, and most of all SAFE diving New Year!

It's been a great diving year for me personally and I have delighted in meeting many of you here...the great SoCal Reef Check crew: Chris, Craig, Claudette, Brian, Josh, Jim, Mark; the pick-up dive buddies that made my "solo" trips fun and safe: Billy Farah and Robert Morgan; the young man I recently mentored through OW, who showed excellent skills beffiting a far more experienced diver, Michael Dobbs; my instructors Scott and Michael for showing just how much fun this activity can be; the fabulous photographers who share their pictures with us here and inspire those of us struggling to master u/w photography, Ken, Scott, many others.

Most important, I was fortunate to have an excellent dive buddy in John Manos, aka JMDiver. Without him, i would not dive as regularly as I have nor would I or my family feel as safe.

Ladies and gents, I look forward to next year and meeting and diving with more of you!!

Cheers!

Robert,
This has been a great year, I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate you and your inspiration. Thanks for making diving that much better and getting me into this photography thing. I think 2007 with be the year of the photo for me!

On another note if you would like to end the year with a bang, I'm planning an all day deal at vets on Saturday the 30th. Let me know if you're around.

Happy and safe holidays my northernly friend!

Happy Holidays to all & have a great safe diving 2007. It was great meeting some of my fellow SB'ers in person & diving with them. I too was fortunate to have met Robert, he is a great buddy also & I got in a lot of dives because of him. Well hopefully we will be able to keep up the pace or step it up a little.

Hope to see you all in the water.

Happy Diving
John

Let me be the first on this Christmas Day to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

May each day of the New Year find you blessed with true love, health and happiness. May the seas be calm with terrific visibility and lush kelp forest. May God, who loves you beyond measure, shower his blessings upon you. May you never know hunger or thirst. May all of your “some day’s” be yesterdays having lived each day to its full measure. May each day begin and end with a hug and a kiss from those you love.

Merry Christmas my wonderful diving family!!!

Merry Christmas Pasley! We love and miss you, so much!

I am so thankful for all my buddies that have helped me get back into the water. This past year has been hard and I am so looking forward to 2007...diving more, changes in my marraige status, and most importantly...the teenager will be a year closer to being out of the house! :rofl3:

I just got back from a family dinner, and was going to roll out Christmas greetings to my SoCal homies, and I see there is already a thread.

Great minds!

All of you who know the things I embrace, know that this is a very special time of the year for me. As 2006 draws to a close, I want to thank all of you for your love and kind words and thoughts throughout this year. So many of you have touched me and inspired me - I really can't put into words how much you've lifted me up.

As an imperfect man, I am often washed in the perfect love of my friends and fellow divers - I find it humbling, liberating, uplifting and hope inspiring.

I want my 2007 to be a year filled with more love, more giving and greater amounts of quality time spent with all of you. I find the more I pour out, the more I receive from all of you. I intend to pour a lot more into SoCal diving in 2007, as every drop of me I put in, you all return gallons of loving back to me.

Thanks for a great year. I love you all and look forward to a blessed 2007.

Merry Christmas.

Yes, best fishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I know that I am looking forward to spending more time in the water in 2007! Hope to see more of you there, too.

I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas.

So eloquently put, I echo Mo2vation's sentiments and hope to spend more time with each and every one of you in 2007.

2006 has been an awesome year and I expect 2007 to be even better!
