Hi,
I'm not sure what type of fins I should get. I recently broke my split fins, not sure of make and model, but they were fairly cheap. I do a lot of spearfishing without tanks in rivers and in the oceans where currents are strong. I'm looking for fins that are efficient, fast, and can haul me (200 lbs.) with a 7mm wet suit on in strong currents. Sounds like a long shot haha.
Thanks.

If you don't need scuba diving fins then go for free diving fins.

I have a new pair of SCUBA-Pro "SeaWing Nova" and love them!

Just used them in the Caribbean against very strong current and
they worked great! In fact, the current that we hit forced the
instructor who was leading the swim to pull himself hand over
hand. While I was just able to kick just a little harder. I too
hit the 205 pound mark.

You can't go wrong with this fin.

Highly recommend this fin.

I'm not sure of the make or model either, but something you like for a good price that you think your legs will like also.

I was on a dive at Catalina, swimming against a fairly stiff current back to the boat when I watched this guy swim by me like I was standing still. I kicked as hard as possible and could not come close to keeping up with him...he had the Seawing Nova's. Think I'll get a pair!
Good diving

Scuba Pro Jet fins or Rocket fins.
It's what we use at work, and they're really designed to perform.

I also use (because I like techy things) Slingshots and find them to work quite well. I towed two divers in through a swell with them on, in full gear as well.
