Hello! I am planning a trip at the end of March with a total newbie diver. The goal is that he gets his open water while I get my rescue diver. We'd originally been thinking Cabo to catch the tail end of humpback season but I'm wondering if the water will be too cold (we're intentionally escaping March waters in Cali). I'm looking for good conditions for a total newcomer and enough interesting wildlife for me (though I know I'll be busy with rescue). We're both young and on tight budgets. Thanks!
