Best Caribbean All-Inclusive Adult Resort ?

I'm looking for an amazing all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean... any island. I'd like a great price (under $1,500 p/p for land portion for 5-7 nights)

Looking for:

-Seclusion

-Mature but fun adults

-Tennis

-On Site Scuba Diving ( I dive a LOT, but my "friend" doesn't )

-All food and drinks included

-Amazing Beaches

-No bugs

-Modern clean rooms

-No hogging of pool chaises in the morning

-No theft

-No locals trying to sell us stuff or make passes at the females I'm with.

-Decent direct flight from NY (under $600 p/p)

I've been to Club Med C.I. and Tukoise and those were pretty great... just wanted to try something else, but do NOT want to take a step down from those places. Also don't can't afford $6,000 trip for two.

Thoughts from seasoned travelers MUCH appreciated

Have you thought of the Sandals, Couples, or Breezes Resorts? For more serious diving maybe, Sabor or Aura in Cozumel?
